Delivery and Returns
We send all parcels via Royal Mail and you can expect delivery within two or three working days including Saturdays. We ensure your parcels are delivered safely and on time and our support team is on hand to answer any questions you may have. If the value of goods exceed £20.00 we use a tracked and signed for service. For more information please visit www.royalmail.com
We are happy to accept returns and offer refunds if you have told us within 14 days of receiving the goods that you want to cancel. We cannot accept returns on products that have been opening or tampered with. As long as the item is in the same condition as you received it and bottles are sealed, we are happy to refund or exchange. We do not refund postage costs. We will repair or replace faulty items or credit you accordingly.
